Pop Style Social Network

The Project
For this project, I worked with a team to develop a business plan for a new approach to a social network that targets a niche and fills a gap in the existing market. Our target was Cosplayers – fans who design and make their own intricate costumes to celebrate their favorite pop culture characters. Although the top five highest-grossing films of 2018 represent key pop culture franchises, those that participate in pop culture conventions are often seen as anti-social members of a fringe society. Our goal for this social network was to bring the pop culture celebration into the mainstream using a fashion forward shopping experience.
